Troop 80 had its annual November camp at Quartz Mountain State Park.   Great weather, great food (by John Standish and helpers).  Another fun time of rappelling and climbing (thanks to Steve Filipowicz and James Spencer).  Had to pick up a little trash, but the rangers were nice and we fed one a spaghetti dinner, for our daily good turn.  Ricochet Rick drove us back safely.  Carl Johnson preached the sermon on his birthday, which was quite a treat (the sermon, not his birthday).

	For its service project to help the Park Rangers (and to pay some of its camping fees), Troop 80 picked up trash at the boat dock and swimming area, and also cleaned the swimming area of rocks.

The scouts and leaders look forward each year to rappelling and climbing at Baldy Point.  This area was acquired for the Quartz Mountain State Park by the Access Fund.
